Dear Parents/Guardians,

If you have a child that is 4 years old as of August 1, 2024 and would like to be considered for enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete the following form. Students must be completely potty trained as we do not have changing facilities in our classrooms.

Please note: This form is intended to gauge interest in our Pre-K program. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee a spot for Pre-K. Spots are still filled by a first come first serve basis according to the type of spots available and when ALL paperwork is completed for registration. Enrollment for 3 year old students will be considered after all eligible 4 year old children are placed. Registration will happen at a later date and will be announced.
